Express Sync must be registered with the HotSync Manager to work. The Express Sync installer automatically registers Express Sync during installation for the user who install Express Sync. However, it is possible for Express Sync to inadvertently become unregistered. Typically, this may happen if you install a third party application that installs its own conduits.

Run the Express Sync Manager Wizard from the Express Sync program group in the Start menu.
